To create and maintain a safe, clean,  affordable, relaxing, and enjoyable experience for our members, family and friends!

After more than 50 years of leasing the land, we are on a path to individual ownership and protection of our investments!

Established in 2025, the non-profit Corporation was officially approved by the NYS  Attorney General to operate as a Home Association, providing support for 24 deeded lots.

The board of directors have worked together with the land owner, legal teams, surveyor, and Town of Springport officials to survey the land, negotiate acquisition contracts, and secure subdivision and NYS Attorney General approvals for Eagles Cove at Yawger Creek. They have dedicated HOURS of their time for over 3 years, to build and execute a plan, for the benefit of all residents.
